Fit a two-storey garden suite on a mid-block 30-foot lot with mature trees, existing garage footprint, and homeowner requirements for both rental income and backyard usability.

Our Approach
Repurposed the existing garage pad as foundation, preserving mature landscaping. Two-storey design with open-concept living on ground floor and bedroom with rooftop terrace access above. Side entrance maintains full rear yard for the main house.
