The Challenge
Transform a closed-off 1980s kitchen into an open-concept entertaining space without compromising structural integrity or disrupting daily family life.
Our Solution
Removed load-bearing wall and installed engineered steel beam, relocated plumbing and electrical, and created a functional island that defines zones without blocking sightlines to the living room.
