Renovate two bathrooms with dramatically different personalities — a bold, maximalist powder room and a refined, material-focused main bathroom — while maintaining cohesive quality throughout.

Our Approach
Curated material palettes for each space: jungle wallpaper, antique vanity, and crystal chandelier for the powder room; dark zellige tile, hex mosaic with Greek key border, and soapstone countertop for the main bathroom. Both share brass and polished nickel hardware for continuity.

Guided showroom visits to source zellige tile, hex mosaic, soapstone, and the antique vanity that anchors the powder room.

Demolition & Plumbing
Careful demolition preserving adjacent finishes, with relocated plumbing for new fixture positions.

Precision tile work including hand-laid hex mosaic with Greek Key border and zellige accent walls.

Final Details
Wallpaper installation, chandelier hanging, mirror mounting, and hardware fitting for the complete transformation.
