New Homes — TARION Protected

Metrohomes is a TARION-registered builder, so every new home we build is enrolled in Ontario’s statutory new home warranty program: one year of coverage on workmanship and materials, two years on water penetration and the electrical, plumbing, and heating delivery systems, and seven years on major structural defects. That protection is backed by the province — not just by us.

Renovations & Additions

All of our renovation work is backed by a comprehensive warranty covering workmanship and materials. The specific terms are set out in writing in your contract before any work begins, so you know exactly what is covered — and for how long — before you commit.

After Handover

Every project closes with municipal inspections, a full walkthrough with you, and complete warranty documentation. And handover is not goodbye: post-construction we remain your point of contact for warranty support, maintenance guidance, and ongoing care. If something is not right, you call us and we make it right.
