Create a livable, comfortable 400-square-foot one-bedroom suite — fully self-contained from the main house, with complete utilities and everything a home needs — at the back of a Mimico lot, while respecting garden suite setbacks and maintaining the function and feel of the backyard.

Our Approach
A single-storey suite organized around an efficient open-concept main room, with generous windows on every elevation to pull in natural light and garden views. A peninsula kitchen, built-in closet, and in-suite stacked laundry make the most of every square foot, while a black board-and-batten exterior gives the suite a modern-but-transitional feel — letting it blend into the backyard like it has always belonged there.
